Good sanitary facilities. Beautiful pitches. Roll service with a wide selection. Delicious cake on weekends. For a small hunger, pizza to go. Very nice and helpful operators. Playground for children on site and a large Robinson adventure playground nearby. Great hiking opportunities. Shopping and restaurants are reachable on foot if desired. The site is centrally located in the Upper Harz and offers countless excursion destinations from there.

The assigned spaces are in beautiful green or large areas. Further walks in the forest right next door and ponds for refreshing the four-legged friends are also no more than 5 minutes away. There is a great large playground for children next door but far enough away that even anxious dogs are not bothered. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated and you still get shower tokens, so there are a few points deducted. We would recommend the campsite to dog lovers who prefer it quieter.

The first impression was somewhat disappointing, a narrow little driveway, everything seemed a bit outdated. But then came one positive surprise after another. A very nice and friendly welcome. Short distances to the parking space and the sanitary facilities, the pitches are partly terraced with views of a lake and into nature. The sanitary house was relatively modern and very clean. It is very quiet from 8:00 PM on, only the wind in the treetops could still be heard. Rolls service with a good selection, a small kiosk offering coffee and pizza. For five stars, the last little things and details are missing. The paths need to be refurbished, the Wi-Fi is not stable and could handle more bandwidth. A few remnants of the past (including a few aging wooden huts) need to be removed. In the sanitary area, a little more comfort could certainly be added, and hot water for coins is also no longer up to date.

Wonderfully located place with always very clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities, everything is well thought out and lovingly furnished. You are greeted by birds chirping in the toilet 😊 The homemade cake is extremely delicious and tastes especially good after taking a walk in the beautiful surroundings. The pitches are so large that you can enjoy privacy. The operators are totally friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back. A little tip: The ground is very solid, instead of pegs, large screws and a cordless screwdriver are recommended.

Beautiful quiet place surrounded by the forest. Great hiking trails and cycling routes. The new owners are very nice and always helpful. On weekends there are super delicious homemade cakes. Our dogs were received very warmly, which unfortunately is not the case everywhere. The sanitary facilities were clean at all times. We had a very nice relaxing week and look forward to coming back in the summer vacation.
