We were satisfied
An ideal place to visit Munich. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good transport connections Clean and sufficiently available showers and toilets. Cleaned several times a day. Hot water for washing up The pitches are very tight and could use some sand or gravel to be filled in again. Otherwise OK

Still Screws
The place is perfectly located and with the trees really a beautiful spot. The staff is very friendly and we also managed to get onto the site well with our long trailer. WARNING, long screws in the gravel on and around our parking space and access road!!!😖 Staff (very friendly) has been notified.
Several long SCREWS found in the gravel next to and around our camper van. Also on the access road to our parking space. We reported it at the reception and the very nice young man couldn't explain it. We hope that we haven't driven any of these screws into our tires. 😏 Otherwise, the site seems ver… More

Okay for a one-time stay, everything else is not recommended.
Toilets and sanitary facilities are outdated and not clean. Only suitable for young people who don't pay much attention to comfort.

Great for overnight stays in a self-sufficient motorhome.
VE can be handled without problems and is included, inexpensive, and very nice staff. Check-in possible until 10:00 PM. Fresh rolls available in the morning by prior order. very disappointed
We are very disappointed. The sanitary facilities are ancient. We were assigned a spot where we felt like we were in a caravan graveyard.

Not worth recommending
Despite the advertisements on their website claiming the restroom facilities have been renovated, they are completely outdated. Furthermore, the washing area is dirty. Despite the good connection to Munich, it is not worth going to the campsite.

Spacious Camping Area
Large area. Unfortunately, the toilets and showers are relatively old, just like the rest of the campsite. During Oktoberfest, part of the area is allocated to party tour operators.

At the end of the A8 motorway, the Munich-Obermenzing campsite welcomes its guests with parcelled-out pitches separated by hedges. The park-like grounds are shaded by tall trees. The 5-hectare site has a total of 200 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. There are also several rental accommodations available to holidaymakers, including caravans and a bungalow. The campsite also has sanitary facilities with washing machines and tumble dryers, a children's playground and a grocery shop.
