The campsite is located to the west of the city centre of The Hague, within walking distance of the wide sandy beach of Kijkduin. Covering a total area of around 40 hectares, the site offers 300 parcelled pitches with electric hook-ups, ranging in size from 80 m² to 200 m² depending on the category. The park-like flair ensures that holidaymakers have plenty of space and privacy for themselves and their families. In addition to the camping pitches, cosy chalets for 4 to 6 people are also available to rent. The rental accommodation is fully equipped and has several bedrooms, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a TV connection. Free hot showers are available in the modern sanitary facilities. There is also a launderette, washing-up facilities, a chemical toilet disposal station and a baby changing room. Guests can use free WLAN throughout the site. There is also a charging station for electric cars. Dogs and other pets are welcome at Vakantiepark Kijkduin. There is a bistro, a snack bar and a small supermarket for your daily needs.

In addition to the beautiful beach, the highlight for beach holidaymakers is the large indoor pool with children's area. Younger guests can have fun on the large play ship, the laser tag course or the trampoline. There are also various sports facilities, table tennis tables and a large entertainment programme for children, including arts and crafts courses and fun sports competitions. Bicycles for young and old as well as e-bikes can be hired from the bike hire shop by the hour or for the whole day if required.

Excursions around Vakantiepark Kijkduin

There is plenty to experience around the campsite. An extensive beach walk along the impressive sand dunes to Zandmotor beach offers pure relaxation and great views of the sea. The Westduinpark nature reserve is also a great excursion destination, which is not far from the campsite. There is also a golf course in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the flat terrain, the area around the campsite is also ideal for exploring by bike. If the weather is bad, it is worth visiting the centre of The Hague, which is only around 8 km away, with its many sights and historic buildings. A little further north, the De Pier amusement park offers pure action with a Ferris wheel and bungee jumping.
