For 25 pounds (1 motorhome and 3 adults with electricity for one night), a very expensive "parking lot". Because that's all it is. Emptying the chemical toilet was not possible because the facility was broken, okay that can happen. But with the men's 2 toilets, 2 showers, and 3 sinks all in a very dirty condition for over 60 spots is quite hectic.
