With its own thermal centre and a cosy sauna world, Thermal Camping Velingrad is a place of peace and relaxation all year round. Surrounded by the wooded mountain ranges of the Bulgarian Rhodope Mountains, the campsite with its motorhome pitches is located around 2 km from the centre of Velingrad. With around 80 mineral water springs, the town in the Pazardzhik oblast is regarded as Bulgaria's wellness Mecca. There are four indoor and outdoor thermal pools on the campsite grounds alone. In addition to baths and saunas, the campsite's own wellness programme also includes therapeutic massages. Thermal Camping Velingrad also has a tennis court. Sports enthusiasts can discover beautiful forest hiking trails, mountain bike trails and great ski areas in winter nearby. Organised excursions lead to the idyllic Kleptuza Lake or to the culturally rich city of Plodiv.
