Cleanliness OK, staff quite accommodating, but with VISA payment, (257070 HUF), instead of 667.19 € I was charged 846.17 €, which is outright outrageous. 178.98 € processing fees are simply ... unacceptable! The same happened to us at the ATM; instead of 200,- € 251,- € was charged. No one from the staff at the reception pointed out these "fees" to us. For us, Hungary is crossed off.

The campsite is suitable for motorhomes and caravans. Only gravel pitches. Never with a tent. The tent meadow is located next to a pump or filter facility of the thermal bath. During the day, this may not be a problem, but at night, sleep is out of the question. Undescribably loud. The dog area is also located right next to the tent meadow.

very nice well-kept place under trees with direct access to the baths, toilets and showers are cleaned multiple times daily. Very nice and friendly staff who keep the place clean. Yes, for some it could be newer and more modern, but I think it should be clean, THANK YOU for the beautiful 15 days.

For years we have been going to Bück. Unfortunately, this time we were not greeted as friendly as usual. A slight unfriendliness met us. The promised 24-hour opening time of the reception was interrupted by regular 2-hour breaks. The cleanliness of the site unfortunately left much to be desired. Dogs are no longer on a leash and do their business all over the ground. We are considering whether we can / will vacation there with our grandchildren again. Quiet hours are only sometimes observed. Many campers simply ignore the site rules and this is accepted. Price / performance is no longer given like this. The only positive aspect is the multiple visits to the thermal bath.
