Nature-oriented pitches with panoramic views, bread service, Wi-Fi and easy access to hiking trails, cable cars and alpine huts offer a perfect mountain stay. Its location near Garmisch-Partenkirchen makes it ideal for active travellers and nature lovers in the Zugspitze region.
Extremely well-maintained terraced site, where campers can simply relax and take a ride on the world's oldest coal-fired paddle steamer on the Silkeborg lakes (landing stage within walking distance).

Terrain divided into numerous steps and terraces, bordered by tall deciduous trees. In the upper part of the site, some pitches on flat grass, not terraced. View of the lower-lying lake Julsø and the wooded, hilly surroundings.

Too Expensive and Too Dirty
The campsite itself has a truly dreamy location. However, this unfortunately cannot overshadow the fact that the sanitary facilities are available in too small a number (some showers do not work) and are not clean and well-maintained, as one would actually expect from a place in this price range. Much too expensive
The grass of the plot is virtually non-existent due to the constant use of awning carpets. So one must(!) use a carpet, otherwise you sit in the mud. Vicious circle.
