We reserved online in advance and got the desired plot. The plots are nice and large, separated by hedges, which made it very easy for us to set up our dog fence. The management couple and staff are super friendly; we communicated well in both English and German. We really enjoyed the bread (white bread) service every morning. In the small shop, you can really find everything that might be missing, and if you're not in the mood to cook, you can get pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and other treats. Most of the pitches were quite large. Between the campsite and the beach is an access road with very little traffic. Dogs are allowed on the beach and in the water, and there is a nice large dog area on the site with an intact fence and a dog shower.
