One positive point: the campsite is close to Innsbruck. Negative points: ridiculous spots for tents. We are all on top of each other, even overlapping, as the tents spill over from one spot to another. The car must be parked outside. Limited sanitary facilities, which are not clean. The trash situation is catastrophic. Wifi is down... expensive! We had booked for 5 nights and paid upon arrival (which is generally not done in campsites for stays over one night), but we trusted them. We tried to escape after one night, found another campsite, and eventually left after 2 nights. Impossible to get a refund for the 3 nights we paid in advance. The person at the reception supposedly cannot do it. We wrote an email without a response the first time, and after a follow-up, they blocked our email. To this day, we still have not received a reply. This is dishonest.

Catastrophe

There is allegedly no router for Wi-Fi, hot water is a matter of luck, the family shower poses a risk of injury, everything is in need of renovation, and the spots are far too small. This place is only suitable for passersby at best.

Disaster

Once and never again. Wi-Fi was broken, hot water - if you’re lucky. Cleanliness would be desirable, and the showers are a complete disaster. The shower faucets are not tight, they are loose, posing a risk of injury. Huge piles of trash in front of the restaurant entrance. Well, the döner plate is more like a snack. The pitches are much smaller than advertised.

Unfortunately, the campsite was already closed in October. Only the small pitch was available. At €10,-- including electricity for one day, acceptable. The site was quiet, fully booked by around 4:00 PM. A water supply point was also offered. Unfortunately, there was no disposal facility, which led to a camper ‘neanderthal’ emptying all of his gray water at night, and we were standing in the soup in the morning. Urgent improvements are needed here. Visitors also pay a bit more for proper disposal.

Rejection with Tent

Upon arrival with the bikes (2 adults, 3 children), we were immediately told without any greeting "we are full, we are not taking any more tents". Previously, we had sent an email, but we have not received a response to this day. We also could not reach anyone by phone. We often travel with a tent and bike, but we have never experienced something like this. We cycled 10 km further and thanks to the efforts of the camping operator, we got a beautiful, well-maintained camping spot there. Hall could learn a thing or two from this.

The place is quite okay, but I have seen better places. The trash is piling up and is already falling out of the bins again. At the reception, depending on the staff, you are served with varying degrees of reluctance. We booked a parking spot and when we arrived in the evening, there was a foreign parked car in our space, which no one seemed to care about. Somehow there's a lack of system. It's fine for one night.
