Rijo Camping Stará Lesná

The campsite is located in Stará Lesná in Slovakia, right at the foot of the impressive High Tatras. You will be camping in one of the most beautiful mountain regions of the Carpathians. The location is simply brilliant for hikes and excursions into the national park, as the peaks are almost right in front of you.

Since we do not have detailed ADAC data for this site, we cannot tell you exactly how the pitches are laid out. However, in this mountain region, you can usually expect natural meadows with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. It is best to bring sturdy pegs for the alpine ground.

Travelling to Stará Lesná is easily doable via regional roads. Since you are in a mountain region, you should be prepared for some climbs. If you are travelling with a car and caravan, just drive relaxed and with foresight. Snow chains are a must for autumn or winter trips.
