We have been here twice already, we liked it so much that we come here even more often. Very nice operators, the sanitary building is very clean and well-maintained, just like the rest. The surrounding area is also very beautiful with many hiking opportunities. All in all, five stars 🌟

We were here for a short vacation over the weekend. Operators are friendly, nice, and helpful. The outdoor pool next door is free to use and really great! Unfortunately, the playground has seen better days and needs renovation. The sanitary facilities are top clean and very well maintained! All in all, it’s a very quiet place, but from here there are many great things to experience in the Rhön. You can walk to the town in 10-15 minutes to shop and go out for a great meal. We can't quite explain how the so few stars from ADAC could come.

The site is very clean and well-maintained, the sanitary facilities are older but very clean and in very good condition. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It puzzles us why the site only received 2.5 stars from the ADAC? We subsequently visited other campsites in Germany that were rated significantly better by the ADAC, but they could still learn a lot from Rhöncamping. We can only recommend this site at any time of the year. The campsite is highly recommended for hikers, model flyers, and cyclists.

We were there in August with our 2 small dogs. Reserved a pitch for a tent with a car by phone beforehand. Showers and toilets were very clean, in the morning you could pick up fresh rolls (ordered in advance). The swimming pool was the highlight, especially for families with children (free admission for guests of the campsite)...great surroundings for walking, Bischofsheim is within walking distance, very good shopping opportunities.
