Great location right by the Rhine with a view of the Drachenburg. The location on the Rhine bike path is also fantastic. The sanitary facilities were renewed in 2025. They were always clean. Delicious rolls via the roll service.

Beautiful place, beautiful location with a nice beer garden right by the water. But as criticized by others already... impossible toilets/washrooms.

Expensive and bad

The location by the Rhine is good. Expensive for what is offered. Sanitary facilities are unkempt and full of mosquitoes. I even had a hornet in the toilet container. The toilets are so cramped that you can hardly take off your pants without touching the seat, disgusting! We were lucky that it didn't rain, the paths are not paved or constructed.. It would certainly be a muddy mess. You bring the dirt into the camper. The supplies are very poor. The operator was almost sold out, it was very hot and he had no water left available, this is unacceptable. There is no store in the nearby area where you could stock up... I can only recommend a stay here as a last resort. We paid 30€ for the night including electricity, shower (water not particularly warm).

The location is great and compensates for the sanitary facilities. I don't like the sanitary facilities at all. Far too few showers and toilets for so many people, and they are in older containers. The operators are nice.

Location, but expensive, sanitary facilities poor and too little for the size of the site.

Very nice place directly on the Rhine. Sanitary facilities in very simple containers. Site price very high and shower another 50 cents extra. I had hoped for more from the new operators. Unfortunately, very few changes compared to the previous owners. Only the price has been increased.

We were here for a long weekend to visit friends near Bonn. The place has had a new operator since the beginning of the year. The contact beforehand was great. The pitches right by the river are spacious enough and easily accessible. Of course, the infrastructure is still in need of improvement – but we will close our eyes to that because the new operator cannot catch up on everything at once that has been neglected for many years. Admittedly, the sanitary facilities are not a highlight, but you can tell that they are making an effort to make the best of what is available. We'll come back in the autumn and are curious.

As a parking space okay, but nothing more

As already described by some others, more a parking space than a campsite. Open meadow by the Rhine, the first row deserves an extra star, after that you don’t notice the water anymore. Very simple facilities with containers, due to the risk of flooding. Wi-Fi is available in 2023, but unsecured and weak in performance. A beer garden would be nice, if it were open, apparently the tap was defective … For over €30 we have had better. Furthermore, the name is almost a ‘label fraud’, formally/administratively the place may still belong to Remagen, but the actual village is over 8 km away! And advertising on the homepage with the Remagen Rhine promenade is quite cheeky.

Great Campsite! Highly Recommended!!

We booked the site in January 2023 for a total of 21 overnight stays from July 7 to July 28, 2023! We are now here for a week and are totally thrilled! The sanitary facilities are simple in terms of standard but always clean and well-maintained! The site is also perfect for an overnight stay or for an extended weekend, especially with the beautiful surroundings by the Rhine! We are enjoying the tranquility and variety here to the fullest! We highly recommend the site for its price-performance ratio!

More info about Rheincamping Siebengebirgsblick
Close to the motorway, the Rheincamping Siebengebirgsblick has an excellent location directly on the Rhine with a view of the Siebengebirge and a particularly relaxed atmosphere. In combination with the many excursion destinations in the region, the site is an ideal place for a spontaneous relaxing holiday.
Family campsite with a direct location on the Rhine
The approximately 2.8-hectare campsite, which also welcomes dogs, has 120 holiday pitches divided into parcels. The 100 square metres of space per pitch provide a high degree of privacy. Standard facilities include electricity and sanitary facilities as well as WLAN in the reception area. A playground as well as a football pitch and volleyball court provide plenty of leisure fun for young guests. But it is above all the excellent location directly on the picturesque banks of the Rhine with a private jetty that is so popular with visitors. The campsite, which is open all year round, is also an ideal starting point for numerous excursion destinations in the region. The Siebengebirge nature reserve on the opposite side of the Rhine appeals to both nature and culture lovers due to its diversity. There are many hiking and cycling trails here that lead through unspoilt forests to beautiful vantage points, as well as a large number of historical buildings, such as the imposing 19th century Drachenburg Castle. A popular excursion destination for the whole family is the SEA LIFE Aquarium Königswinter, just 6 kilometres away. Just 17 km away, the Rhine metropolis of Bonn is also worth a detour. With many shopping opportunities and cultural institutions, such as the Academic Art Museum, a visit to the city is an excellent alternative whatever the weather.
