It was, as always, a relaxing holiday for me and my family. But unfortunately, I need to raise a concern, cleanliness in the sanitary areas has severely declined. It was very borderline on some days, (the health department would have immediately closed the area). Why is that? Cleanliness is not hard, just as one would want it in private, one should also do their job. Guests pay for this too. Warm regards.

Camping site completely run down Verified

The only plus point for this site is its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Otherwise, the place is completely run down. Shower island 2 has been closed since 2022 due to being dilapidated. The staff drive around the camp all day, but no one wants to see the rubbish that unfortunately some campers leave behind; if the next person who occupies the site does not clear away the rubbish, it just stays there. The cleaning or possible repairs of the sanitary buildings leave a lot to be desired. The ladies at the reception are only annoyed and unfriendly now. We have been coming to this site for 16 years because of the beautiful location, but we are considering whether we want to continue wasting our well-deserved holiday and our hard-earned money on such poor service. If it weren’t for the Baltic Sea and the beautiful beach (of which they have no share), they would have long since lost any courtesy. Best regards.

Beautiful nature and poor sanitation facilities Verified

We always enjoy coming back because we love nature and the staff is very friendly and competent. The Regenbogen corporation apparently invests little - for the significant prices, the service of the campsite is rather meager. Therefore, one probably cannot recommend the place with a good conscience.
