We were here for 4 days over Easter in a spot with our own bathroom. This bathroom isn't a ballroom, but it's big enough for a daily shower (and heated). A good thing when the weather doesn't cooperate properly. We saw many dogs that had a lot of freedom outside the campsite. Overall, we can highly recommend the site (well, except for the weather!!!)

The campsite is clean and well-maintained. The washhouse is standard, so nothing special and okay for the most part. I would have expected it to be a bit cleaner. However, we were there during Easter. There wasn't much going on at the campsite and it seemed like they only cleaned once a day. We had booked private sanitary facilities, but we often used the washhouse as the private facilities are really cramped and very basic. I wouldn't need them at the campsite again. We found the playgrounds very nice for the children. The indoor swimming pool was a personal disaster for us. There were virtually no changing rooms. Everyone changed in a communal changing area. The entire floor was dirty, as people were standing there with muddy shoes. There was also nothing to lock away belongings, so one had to either leave everything in the communal changing area or take it with them into the bathroom, which was also dirty, since you automatically have all the dirt stuck to your feet. However, the water was apparently clean. There is a pool. It is very small. In our region, such pools are teaching pools in schools. If the campsite were to be a bit fuller, people would be stacked up in the water. The entire pool is unsupervised. In summer, the situation will probably relax a bit as there is an outdoor water playground and, of course, the beach areas by the water. I would give the campsite another chance in summer, but for poor weather campers with children (including us), who hope for indoor activities, there are definitely more appealing sites.

The campground is large and offers everything you need. Children have a lot of fun here; there is a baby pool in very good condition and an indoor swimming pool available. Shopping is also possible on-site. There are plenty of playgrounds for kids. There is a lot to experience around as well. The pitches are large enough and clean. Showers and sanitary facilities are available and well-maintained. Washing machines and dryers are also available.

We had a fairly quiet vacation. Our mobile home offered everything we wished for. We did not use the entertainment options. Our daughter had some surfing lessons, but unfortunately there was little wind.

We were only at the campsite for a weekend, but found a very clean and well-organized site. We were located on the water side of the dike on a well-mowed meadow, so the path to the toilet building was a bit longer, but that wasn't a problem. The comfort pitches are equipped with their own tap and gray water drain, if the wastewater hose is long enough ;-). The Wi-Fi was great for us, although we were also directly under the antenna. However, it seemed well distributed overall. The restaurant definitely deserves mention, very cozily furnished and very nice service, the food - very good and a great view of the beach. The office/registration was very helpful, and all requests were solved easily. The small supermarket is well stocked, and you can also get fresh rolls on Sunday. The dike has a paved path, making it easy to get to the nearby town of Zeewolde or, if you ride a bit further by bike or inline skates, even to Harderwijk. It is also perfect for jogging or for road cyclists. Thank you very much to the team, we will definitely come back.
