Great place for the New Year, logically only sparsely frequented - that should look different in the summer. The sanitary facility is top equipped and well-maintained. Spacious kitchen area with cooking opportunities and washing basin. But our absolute highlight was the modern, almost spa-like dog shower, where you can wonderfully rinse and blow-dry your four-legged friend. There is also a play area in a small wood. A highly recommended place for dog people.

Excellent sanitary facilities, nice plots with good wind protection from hedges, pool small but good. Everything very clean. Staff very friendly. The only downside is that the soccer field is quite old and could use some renovation.

For many years, we have been guests at this campsite, last time in September 2021. We also wanted to use this campsite starting at the end of August this year. But what did we find upon our arrival: there is a new operator and NOTHING is the same as in past years. After the change of operator, now First Camp Råbjerg Mile - Skagen, no positive review can be provided for this campsite anymore! In our opinion, the use of this site is absolutely not recommended! Yes, one must even warn against the operator and his dubious business practices, as this borders on fraud! Services are promised in the offers that are not delivered. Complaints in this regard are pointless, as they are systematically rejected based on their own and extremely customer-unfriendly terms and conditions. Furthermore, ACSI members who identify themselves as such are additionally charged fees which are not billed to other campers. Thus, the stay of an ACSI member becomes significantly more expensive than that of a "normal camper"! Particular attention should be paid to the prepayment for the planned total stay at this campsite, as regardless of the reason, no refunds are given for unused capacities of the originally planned duration of stay. Moreover, staff seem to be authorized to provide no information beyond the usual formalities at the reception, particularly regarding complaints, there is no real remedy, only new excuses repeatedly! A reasonable communication failed already because with the new operator, communication can only take place in Swedish, Danish or English, explanations in German are sought in vain! I have been waiting since the end of August for the refund of excess fees charged, payment reminders are simply ignored! Utilize the many other reputable campsites in this beautiful area, DO NOT USE THE CAMPSITES OF FIRST CAMP!!!

Generously divided and separately fenced lots with hedges, very clean sanitary facilities, many offers for children, very friendly reception, Skagen and Grenen can be easily reached by bicycle or train from Hulsig!
