Very nicely located camping site in a beautiful pine forest. Just a few steps to the sea. The catering on site is really great, but you should make a reservation. The cleanliness in the washrooms, however, leaves something to be desired.

Pros

Very nice pitches in the woods close to the sea. Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: We were fortunate to get a very nice shady spot, which was important in over 40 degrees.

Cons

If you're unlucky, you can be quite far from the central square where the restaurants and all the activities are located. Overall, the infrastructure is poorly planned. The chemical toilet was very far away, even though there was a toilet building right next to us. Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: Our spot was very inconveniently located for the restaurants and activities.

Pros

The site is beautifully located in a nature park; the sanitary facilities are clean and regularly maintained. Pitch/rental accommodation: The pitch was perfect, large enough, and surrounded by a green oasis.

Cons

I prefer smaller sites with less bustle. Each family only receives one card, which requires more careful planning.

We last visited the campsite 13 years ago. I first came to this campsite when I was three years old. I have many beautiful memories connected to this place. The arrival is not inviting at all. The entire campsite looks like a fort. I suspect it must be this way because of all the burglars and thieves? The staff member at reception was not very friendly and quickly went through his routine. To him, we were just two guests among hundreds; to us, he was the representative of the campsite, and he was not very friendly. The pitches are all different sizes, but you always pay the same price. We booked a comfort pitch in March and received a relatively small one. Not all the other pitches were taken. Due to the unfriendly reception, we spared ourselves the trip to the reception. Otherwise, the pitches are great, with all the bushes between them. At 11 PM, quiet hours are supposed to start, but they are regularly disturbed by the neighboring pitch Baia Verde until just before midnight. This means you are disturbed almost every night. Also, no one on site ensures compliance with the quiet hours. The new sanitary facilities were always very clean. All gates and doors can only be opened with a card or an app; the car is recognized by its license plate. When the system works, it's good. Unfortunately, it broke down during the two weeks we were there. And the best part was that on the last day, the app no longer worked. So, I had to walk all the way across the campsite to get the car. Not recommended for the price, as it disappointingly lacks too many little things that could be improved with little effort. But the lack of quiet hours is the main problem.
