However, I don't understand why such damages are not fixed during the winter and that by the new season everything is top-notch. These points don't cost a fortune, but can with reviews like mine, deter campers from visiting this campsite. We pay for the stay and there is certainly also profit being made. So a part should also flow into the maintenance of the campsite.

Sanitary facilities were always well-maintained with soap and toilet paper. There was even a hairdryer available at the showers. Fresh rolls can be purchased on-site. During check-in, there was no "hello" from the operator on-site and no "thank you/please". We know friendliness differently. The location is good, as it is near the highway for a stopover. With a dog, there are meadows around the corner to walk. Otherwise, there is only gravel in the area. There is nothing for children on the premises. The pitches are very close together; you can see your neighbor's table. We were not allowed to choose a pitch ourselves; we were directly assigned one, even though more were available. However, the spot was nice and level.

Sanitary facilities very clean, very friendly, and idyllically located. Despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful stay, the pitch was large enough for a 7m caravan and a car.

A place in a very beautiful location. We felt quite comfortable here. Therefore, criticism here is at a very high level. Still, I give point deductions. The price level is high, and the parking spaces are small. At the beginning of August, nothing goes without reservation. Reservation means a deposit of 50 euros and the specification of the exact length of the caravan. That should raise eyebrows. They just squeeze in whatever fits. And it can get really tight. Then upon check-in, immediate cash payment for the entire stay. This is actually quite unusual. And what is completely unacceptable: ID is required from every country. I refused. That's not legally permitted. Furthermore, we wanted to take trips that would cross the border. Even if it is rarely checked: the ID must be there! After some discussions, they were satisfied with a company ID. Otherwise: the sanitary facilities are good and clean, with the usual limitations: too few or no shelves in the shower. Where are you supposed to put your stuff so that it doesn't get wet? But this problem probably exists in 90% of all camping sites. The restaurant is said to be good. €15.80 for half a chicken with fries or €16.80 for a schnitzel was, however, too expensive.

Stayed there for 5 days, paid €55 for one night. It is actually more of a pitch and the plots are very small. Unfortunately, the owners are not the friendliest people. However, the view is excellent and the sanitary facilities are clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent view and the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the campsite. The restaurant was top-notch - very delicious. Fresh rolls every day and site instructions. Very nice service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back...

Place for transit and short stays in Salzburg TOP. Staff super friendly, sanitary facilities in top condition. Would always come again. Located directly on the highway, so there is some noise disturbance from trains, but it’s not really bothersome. The food in the restaurant is okay, but not much for vegetarians. (It tasted good once, but the second day it gets boring. Thus almost a full rating. So more like 4.5 stars 👌.
