The site is located in the middle of a large settlement of vacation homes, which are predominantly used by Danes as weekend residences. Very quiet indeed. All pitches have electricity, water, and wastewater connections and are not gravelled. Sanitary facilities are central, modern, and very clean. At the kiosk, the best and largest soft serve ice cream in the world!

(+) nice location, super swimming beach, nice tree population, spaces are subdivided but kept natural, very pleasant, nice little shop, staff very nice, price is quite low for Denmark. Suitable for passing through or longer stays. Washing machine worked. (-) sanitary building is a bit old (but clean) Lots of activity (but still nice) Actually nothing negative :-)

Great quiet location by the sea

We were actually on our way to the ferry in Gedser and wanted to spend one more night in Denmark. This turned into 2. Great location for walking or biking. 3km by the water and you are at a beautiful promenade with bars and restaurants. Sanitary facilities are okay but could use some renovation soon. Staff was very friendly. Bread and rolls were also delicious. The pitches were clean, level, and tidy. We would stop there again.

If you love campsites and enjoy an outdoor holiday with the family, then Østersøstrand Camping is the place for you. Surrounded by greenery, you can really relax in Denmark's summer-scented nature. The extensive children's playground is the ideal place to run around and play. While the children get creative with puffer moulds and building sandcastles on the beach sand, Bello can jump around carefree on the dog beach. Afterwards, it's great to go shopping in the shop near the beach. Near Østersøparken campsite there are beautiful cycle paths for cycling to your heart's content and other excursion destinations. In winter, the romantic snowy landscape attracts winter holidaymakers.

Pretty cabins for 2-5 people are available for hire. These are presented in saloon style or look like bungalow-tinyhouse hybrids and are available with or without WC. A bungalow with garden chairs and terrace is reminiscent of the Mediterranean flair of the sunny south. Duvets and pillows can be borrowed or brought along. You can freshen up daily in the central shower room. The kitchen and fridge make the hut feel like home. The wood-panelled walls in the interior of the huts represent the rustic style. Chic holiday homes can also be rented in the surrounding area.
