The Limski Canal stretches 11 kilometres inland like a fjord. The marvellous natural landscape around the waterway is perfect for long walks with the family. The nearby town of Poreč, known for its Euphrasian Basilica, is also worth a visit: this valuable cultural monument was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 and can be visited daily.
