The location is great. Just across a street and you're at the sea. Sanitary facilities are catastrophic. Parking spaces are quite narrow.

Paul's assessment (see below) is already quite accurate. Arrival with a GPS for longer vehicles can be somewhat demanding (narrow parked streets if you follow the GPS). Parking spaces are tight/small, and the campsite is not too big (we wouldn't arrive without a reservation, assessment time: October). Airplanes can be heard all day long - not disruptive for us. Restaurants for every taste within walking distance, supermarket 5 minutes on foot, sea in sight. Outstanding is the connection to first-class bike paths to Porto - two lanes - up to the marina, then a quiet riverside road, about 8 km. Sanitary facilities, well, I would say, good northern Portuguese standard, but always clean, warm water. Waste disposal is easily accessible. For the rating 'just gone', I also see no reason whatsoever. We would definitely stop there again for Porto. (Length of stay 1 week)

The location by the sea and near the city is good. Only in this way can the price be achieved. Because the sanitary facilities are worn out. It does not help that they are clean. The bus stop is not 200m away but almost 1 km away. The information about the bus connection at the reception was extremely poor. A service would be, for example, to sell tourist day tickets directly there. Then one wouldn't have to deal with the fare system of the transport companies first.

Superb location. You just cross the street and you're at the beach. The plots are small and not separated by hedges. There are pitches with more space available. On the pitches near the lounge area, you have Wi-Fi. There is a pool, and also a sports field that can be converted into a tennis court. The sanitary building is several decades old, but the shower cubicles and toilets are pleasantly spacious. However, you wouldn't want to know how things look under the wooden beams of the showers. Additionally, there are no cubicles with sinks. With the camping card from ADAC, there is a 10% discount. In the immediate vicinity, there are dining options for every budget. On foot, you can reach the sea and along the river, it's about 8 km to the center/train station of Porto. There is a continuous footpath. There is also a bus stop, and the bike path only ends shortly before the center. There is also a kilometer-long footpath heading south directly by the beach and repeatedly a separate bike path, although not continuous. The signage to the campsite coming from the north is not present. You have to rely on the navigation system. Coming from the south, there is occasionally some signage. One person pays for one night with electricity in September 2021, including discount: 18.51 euros.

Friendly. Bistro and shop close at 6:00 PM. Restaurants just around the corner. About 6 km by bike stress-free to the railway bridge Porto. There, you can lock bikes and go down over the bridge. Then you are close to the train station.

More parking space than camping site, dog feces on the parking site. Noise and odor nuisance from construction work on the neighboring property. Instead of investing in mobile homes, it would be better to carry out repairs on the rundown sanitary facilities.
