Site
Natural, dune-like terrain in a sparse pine forest at the east shore of Tyrifjorden. Dominated by permanent campers, tourist pitches mainly on level meadow at the edge of the site.

About 300 m long and 20 m wide sandy beach with a swimming island.

Access route
Approximately 3 km south of Hønefoss, turn off from the E16 towards Røyse, another 7 km. Final part of the access road (approximately 200 m) on gravel track quite steeply downhill.

Beautiful location and great beach
Not good, or better said, the price does not quite meet expectations. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location, but the place feels unkempt and worn out! We were disappointed!

The site is located right by the Tyrifjorden with a large sandy beach in a rural setting with impressive farms. The site has been steadily expanded in recent years. Steep access, but also doable with a van. Clean site, including sanitation. Showers cost 15 Kr for 4 minutes. Only a few pitches for travelers, but a free meadow is available.
