ACSI discount in low season, free WIFI (average). Small-scale campsite right by the beach, with a good restaurant. Water is available in every row. The sanitary facilities are clean with regular and squat toilets. The campsite is operated by the same family as the adjacent campsite; both share the same beach. The pitches are not very large, but there are a few larger spots on the outer edges where a caravan including a car can fit. When it rains, the ground quickly becomes saturated, turning it into a muddy mess. There is noise disturbance from the nearby highway. Every evening and night, there was a recurring beeping sound, about every four seconds, which we found very annoying. The surrounding area is beautiful with lovely walks around the peninsula. Afytos is very charming. On Wednesday morning, there is a market in the village. In the village, there is a nice boulevard with many bars, terraces, and restaurants.

There are 2 campsites right next to each other, this one is the LEFT one. It's probably the same family but they seem to be at odds with each other? Very nice reception from 2 younger women, they speak good German and English. The pitches provide enough space and shade, electricity and trash bins are close by. Direct access to the beach, loungers and parasols at the beach are free. The beach is clean. Restaurant with a view of the sea, the food was delicious. Wi-Fi is available and stable! Sanitary facilities are new and clean with rain shower! Water temperature could be easily adjusted, and it stayed nice and warm. Good water pressure. Bathrooms are clean, but you have to bring your own toilet paper. Relaxing classical music played in the sanitary building. The prices of the restaurant and overnight stay are affordable. All in all, a beautiful little place.
