👍 We were at number 183. A terrible spot. Squashed into a corner at the end of a row of caravans with a view of nothing but trees. We had to haul our luggage. It was two dreadful weeks. This was not our first time at this campsite. The caravan outside the patio was spacious and perfect for the dogs. Caravan: no roller blind or shades for the kitchen window, which was broken. The fly screen was broken in one bedroom. No measuring cup, it took an hour for the mini coffee filter machine to be ready, no whisk, boiling water had to be done in a large pot. There was a mini saucepan, and there was only one frying pan. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: The outdoor space, especially for the dogs, was perfect. 👎 Take a good look at what should be included with a 6-person caravan. A lot of people. Loungers are closely packed together. Location/Rental accommodation: On the 2nd floor without an elevator; with luggage, it's a nightmare. No balcony. Mezzanine for sleeping. 7 steps down to the bathroom. You shouldn't have difficulty climbing up and down stairs...

There are only three short-term parking spaces for arriving trailers.

👍 The location is centrally located in Tuscany and beautiful; the park is equipped with all amenities; the glamping tent offers an unobstructed view. We really enjoyed dinner in the vineyard of the associated location! Pitch/Rental accommodation: The view was beautiful; there were nice table and benches on the terrace. Great that there was air conditioning. 👎 It is really massive. You have to like that. For example: The beach volleyball court looked nice, but it takes at least 20 minutes to walk there: we didn’t do it, therefore. Live Music/show: on one evening regularly at 3 locations: too much for us. Food: from ice cream to sushi, kibbeling, pizza, wine tasting, ... well 15 options: overwhelming. And everything costs (a lot) of money. The personal touch is missing. Everything is done through the app: it's complete but there’s so much information that you get lost: more verbal info during check-in? An extra washing machine spot would be nice. The PA system is hard to understand.

Pros

Beautiful campsite. Well laid out. Nice warm shower, where you can set the temperature yourself. Campsite/Accommodation: Great spot.

Cons

The sanitation facilities are old and often dirty. There was a bad smell in the sanitation building. Sometimes the smell was so bad that we decided not to shower. The water in the pool was really very cold.

Pros

A super campsite with amazing staff, both lifeguards and the animation team. Pitch/Rental accommodation: With my own caravan on pitch 756, ideal for me due to my bad knee (orthosis) I was able to use the disabled toilet/shower.

Cons

If possible, a garden hose or cleaning hose to rinse the chemical toilet would be appreciated.
