A site characterized by permanent campers. The access to the actual pitches is very narrow. At 2.50m width, it already becomes sporty. I wouldn't want to attempt it with a long combination.

We feel completely at home there. Clean sanitary facilities, operators and staff super friendly and helpful. Great walking path right by the Ammer with swimming options for the furry ones. There is a natural lake on site (yes, the water is quite cold, but also very refreshing).

It is located in a very quiet area, downside being shower fees and 50 cents each for rinsing. , then at night it is very dark, little lighting. Some improvement is needed there. Otherwise, everything is perfect, 3 times a week a baker comes with a good selection, he also brings other food items. Places are super, quiet, service is top-notch and very friendly. The natural lake is also fresh in summer, but excellently clean and the water is very clear.

Insider tip. Quiet place right by the Ammer, nice staff, very clean toilets and shower houses, beautiful swimming lake. There are stand-up paddleboards, bicycles, and various play equipment available for rent. Brand new: the children's pool for the little ones. Overall, highly recommended......

Unfortunately, the washhouses were closed without notice on September 30, so there was no warm water available and one had to take a long way to the central washing room at the entrance. Therefore, not recommended after this date.

Actually a nice place, especially regarding the location. The lake is nicely laid out but could be better maintained. The hygiene in the washrooms is not optimal - there is a lack of soap, which is often only filled with water or not at all. Showers cost 50 cents for 4 minutes. Also, rinsing costs 50 cents to be able to rinse with warm water. Staff are sometimes very friendly, sometimes indifferent. There is no small shop on the site, not even ice cream for children. Otherwise, very central, everything is reachable by bike in the area.

Located in a beautiful natural environment. We wanted to drive to the site with our motorhome but ended up leaving again because unfortunately, we couldn't fill up water at the campsite. We were directed to the nearby treatment plant where it was also possible to fill water. The staff was very nice; however, we expect a bit more from a campsite. Conclusion: Not suitable for motorhome drivers with an empty water tank.

The site is characterized by permanent campers. The tourist pitches lie idyllically in a park-like arrangement around the swimming lake. Due to its location directly on the Ammer/Ammerradweg, the site is ideal for paddlers, hikers, and cyclists. It is also a good starting point for excursions with motorcycles or cars to the Pfaffenwinkel, the Ammer mountain range, or the Ammer, Starnberger, or Staffelsee. The sanitary facilities in the entrance area have been renovated. Two new, small sanitary buildings were put into operation in 2015. Taking a warm shower costs €0.50 for 4 minutes. The sanitary facilities are clean and well-maintained. The bypass road from Peißenberg is audible but has little traffic at night. The site has no shopping facilities; for shopping, one must travel to Peißenberg, ideally by bicycle. During the summer season, there is a baker's service four times a week offering a large selection of baked goods. The local establishment with a beer garden has had a new leaseholder since May 2017. The family-run site has very helpful and friendly owners and caretakers. Those seeking peace and relaxation will find it here.
