We were there for one night, it went like this, the price/performance is not right, € 46.00 per night for parking the trailer and using the sanitary facilities seems too expensive to us. We will not go there again.

The campsite is located by a stream and the Biggesee. It's not a very large campsite. Very idyllic and quietly situated. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi available. The markings for the pitches were hardly recognizable. This needs to be changed. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful.

We had been recommended this otherwise quiet and clean place. It may be the case otherwise; we didn't think anything bad when we saw some large caravans from England in front of us in the pitches. But there were more and more, it got louder... the washrooms, showers, toilets got dirtier and dirtier. Even the cleaning lady was at a loss, having never experienced something like this before. It was impossible to wash our own laundry quickly. After we complained on Sunday afternoon about the noise, we were assured that she would go over there and tell them something... Nothing happened. On Tuesday, I wrote an email. The condition of the facilities was dirty. Trash with food leftovers was stored at the trees. I wrote all of this to her. No response. Only an apology from the lady at the reception. They must have brought in a different kind of campers; they are not the kind you usually know... we, like a few other campers, left early. I'm sorry that I have to write such a review... It has nothing to do with the staff there; they are all very nice.

Nice little campsite. It's super strange that you can't leave the site by car at night and during the day. So better not to have an emergency!

We really liked the campsite. It was clean and nicely laid out, with direct proximity to the lake. You can also swim in the lake, the water was very clean. Shopping options were available in the nearby village (Sondern), which was about 5 km away. However, there was also a bread delivery service at the campsite. Since the village is located in a valley, the mobile reception was correspondingly mediocre. The view was also nothing special. The price-quality ratio was also good, we would love to come back.

Stayed there for 14 days. Very clean sanitary area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great swimming lake just a few steps from the campsite to the lake. Wide selection of rolls and pastries. Shopping market nearby. Great cycling paths. Also good for walking.
