We had a comfort pitch located on the outskirts of the site with a high old tree population. We really appreciated the shade-giving trees and the tranquility there. The sanitary facilities were in very good condition and always clean. The showers are timed for 4 minutes. The pool was always in very good condition, but there were too few shaded areas (umbrellas) around the pool for our liking. The site is very spacious, so better signage, for example, for the way to the reception, would be desirable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a bread roll service that we used once. We found the rolls too dry, so we took the relatively short trip to Heerde to supply ourselves there. All in all, the site is definitely worth recommending, even for families with children.
