Very nice first contact on the phone. We were traveling with a motorhome. We were promised a so-called "deluxe parcel" including electricity and water directly at the parking spot. Upon arriving there after 8 hours in the evening, we were received quite unfriendly at the campsite, and after another waiting time, we were shown our parking spot, which was a mere 3 by 3 meters. It was unthinkable to extend the awning or set up a table and chairs. The spot was located right in the middle of the facility's parking lot, so everything but nice. Overall, it was a complete disaster.
