Well-kept meadow area with old trees, some pitches also in the forest. In the center a historic estate with restaurant and holiday apartments. Outdoor pool in front of the Orangery, after which the site is named. On the edge of an extensive forest area with fallow deer (the animals also roam the site). This campsite scores with its dreamlike location around a historic estate and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Campers particularly enjoy the huge, shady pitches surrounded by greenery and the great heated pool. The super friendly team and the welcoming family vibe also go down really well.

Second time here and this time stayed in ‘Tours’ Gite . Early morning swim followed by coffee & croissants by the tree stumps was a beautiful start to the day. The campsite offers great food and has visiting vendors for pizza and beer too. Shower block is excellent and clean .the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. We love this site and will definitely return. Pitch/rental accommodation: Spacious and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally hot during our stay but we had fans which helped.
Pitch/rental accommodation: Nope!

Lovely big pitches, excellent facilities, communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, staff were lovely. Excellent recommendations for local things to do throughout our stay. Pitch/rental accommodation: Lovely sized pitch with a good pergola.
Showers, water temperature and the push buttons could do with altering. However the facilities were always spotlessly clean Pitch/rental accommodation: Nothing

Nice site, we stayed in a tent so a little more shade would have been ideal, we did pay for a gazebo which helped with shade. Lovely swimming pool and the toilet block was clean, however people were complaining that the showers were cold which in the hot weather is fine but a little too cold at times. There’s a burger bar on site which was ok, nothing special. Would definitely stay here again though, good location. Pitch/rental accommodation: Swimming pool
We stayed in a tent during the heatwave and no from the site came to ask if everything was ok which maybe would have been nice to see if they could help with the hot weather. The owners were friendly but not overly communicative but we still had a great stay. The staff were very friendly Pitch/rental accommodation: Cold showers

Although we only stayed two nights a lovely site, in a lovely location where it was clean and the pitches were larger than normal. The walk through the woods was lovely set in a beautiful grounds as was the whole Chateau. Jane was very helpful when we arrived and we will definitely return for a longer period next time. Pitch/rental accommodation: Larger than expected, flat and in a lovely location, semi shade, which is just what we wanted given the extreme high temperatures. It was so quiet which is just what we wanted. The electricity and water were conveniently close.
None noted. Pitch/rental accommodation: Nothing.

Everything from the friendly welcome, to the well-spaced pitches, to the lovely pool is just a delight. The sanitary facilities were very clean. The atmosphere of the place is delightful and we will be back. Pitch/rental accommodation: Good amount of space and plenty of shade!
The showers are the push button sort, so could be improved, but overall it's lovely

A fantastic large domain with a successful restoration of the buildings. During our stay, it was so warm that we left our bikes aside and enjoyed the large swimming pool. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: We exchanged our reserved pitch for another one under the large trees. Perfect!
There are areas and buildings like the Barn designed for relaxation, but there is no air conditioning anywhere, and with the high temperatures, they remained empty. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: Water and electricity at the pitches and a spacious sanitary block with toilets, showers, etc., everything was very clean.

We have been coming to this campsite for a number of years and we are always happy to be here. Once again this time. We received excellent help from the owner and a staff member when my wife fell and broke her wrist. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Spacious pitch with trees providing ample shade during warm weather.

The ambience of the chateau and grounds together with the pool for a swim or cool down is just what we wanted. Pitch/rental accommodation: Great balance of sun and shade
Signage could do with freshening. Clearer markers for the walks in the woodland without intruding on the naturally beautiful area. Pitch/rental accommodation: Nothing
