This place is truly beautiful. Well-maintained and located right by the lake, it offers pure relaxation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You really feel at home here. The access via Single Road is a bit challenging, but also doable with a caravan. The Scots here are very considerate. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, and the mobile internet is quite poor here. That wasn't a problem for us, though. When we travel to Scotland again, we will definitely make a stop here.

This great campsite is located on the eastern shore of Loch Ness, a good 20 minutes from Inverness. Unlike other places, it is situated right by the water and you can rent kayaks or motorboats directly. The small integrated shop offers everyday essentials and great souvenirs. At the counter, the very friendly staff provides excellent advice; the employees living here know the area very well and recommended everything to our later satisfaction. The campsite and the sanitary facilities were clean and modern. Loch Ness Shores is in very well-maintained condition and there is drinking water available at each power pillar. At the entrance of the site, there is a permanent food truck offering great dinners and breakfasts. We felt very comfortable here with our little daughter and will come back!

A dreamily beautiful, very clean, and well-kept place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fishing can be done from the property's own dock, and if you wish, you can rent boats.
