Lime Tree Park

The campsite is set on a cosy meadow terrain around and on a hill, right next to an old railway bridge. For caravans and motorhomes, we offer gravel pitches at the top of the hill. If you are arriving with a tent, you can make yourself comfortable on the beautiful terraces separated by trees and bushes.

Yes, absolutely! If you are travelling without your own equipment, Lime Tree Park has 10 cosy rentals on offer. Best of all, all of these accommodations have their own bathroom, so you don't have to sacrifice any comfort while camping.

Since the campsite is located near an old railway bridge, the nearby road and railway line are within earshot. This is a good tip for you if you are very sensitive to noise. In return, you will be rewarded with a great hillside location and plenty of greenery.

Since the campsite is currently not bookable directly through PiNCAMP, we do not have daily live prices. However, you should budget for the following cost factors when planning your trip:

• Fee for the pitches (68 pitches for tourists available)
• Electricity connection (sockets with 10 to 16 amps available)
• Possible fees for using Wi-Fi in the reception area
• Costs for waste water disposal

Since the caravan pitches on the hill are gravelled, you should bring sturdy equipment and suitable pegs for hard ground. Arriving by car with a caravan is easily manageable, but be prepared for the hilly access road.

There is no large supermarket directly on the campsite, but the town centre of Buxton is only about 800 metres away. There you will find great shopping opportunities and restaurants. For a cosy get-together, the campsite also offers a recreation room.

Lime Tree Park is the perfect starting point to explore the region! Especially exciting: you can visit several fascinating caves in the immediate vicinity. The historic spa town of Buxton is also virtually on your doorstep.
