You can expect spacious, parcellated pitches ranging from 80 to 120 square metres. The pitches are mostly gravel and are idyllically situated on various tiers and terraces. Tall rows of trees, meadows and fields surround the campsite, providing a wonderfully green backdrop for your holiday.

The site offers solid facilities with 12 showers, 16 toilets and a practical baby changing room. A wheelchair-accessible sanitary cabin is also available. For extra comfort, 25 pitches have their own fresh water and waste water connections as well as strong 16-amp electricity. Washing machines and dryers are ready for your holiday laundry.

Yes, the terrain is a sloping meadow on a hillside, beautifully landscaped with bushes and trees. Thanks to the terracing, however, you will stand level. Good to know: A road is within earshot, which might bother some noise-sensitive campers.

Since the pitches are mostly gravel, you should definitely pack sturdy pegs for your awning. Due to the hillside location of the terrain, levelling ramps for your caravan or motorhome are highly recommended. By the way, English is spoken at reception.

Although there is no supermarket directly on the campsite, you won't go hungry! A cosy restaurant and a snack bar are just 500 metres away. For larger shopping trips, you will find a grocery store and a supermarket in Matlock, about 4 kilometres away.
