The formerly exclusively nudist campsite is now divided into two sites: the Koversada Uncovered nudist site and the Koversada Covered, a clothed site. Both areas share a reception but are separated by a screen. Some of the facilities are now located on the clothed site and can only be used by nudist guests while clothed.
Just 2 km south of Vrsar lies one of Europe's most famous naturist campsites: Koversada Uncovered Naturist Campsite. The pristine campsite, located directly on the Adriatic Sea, boasts hidden coves, rocky plateaus, and pitches, some of which are right by the sea. Comfortable mobile homes, barbecue areas, and the Sea Salt Quick Bite snack bar ensure a relaxed holiday feeling in a free atmosphere. Guests can also use the facilities of the neighboring textile campsite, Koversada Covered Campsite, subject to the dress code, including restaurants and bars, the beach volleyball court, bike and SUP rental, and the children's entertainment program. The campsite combines traditional naturist camping with the comfort of a modern holiday resort.

For decades, I spent my holidays again and again at the beautifully original naturist campsite Koversada. The naturist area has shrunk to a minimum this year. Charm and flair are completely lost. MaistraGroup has ravaged and plowed. Not a stone is left unturned. 141 mobile homes have been dumped in the originally most beautiful area. For naturist supporters, this is no longer an attractive place. An ugly fence separates textile and naturism. There are no simple access ramps to the sea, no shopping opportunities in the naturist area. It seems as if they want to completely get rid of the nudists. Moreover, an extreme price increase. The price-performance ratio is in NO way balanced!! The jewel Naturist Koversada is history. The advertising on the website does not correspond to the situation. Profit maximization with mobile homes is the motto.

Attention dear friends of naturism: The Koversada Naturist Park is no longer like that!!! @ADAC: please change Maistra has wreaked havoc on this former holiday oasis in almost indescribable ways. You just can't describe it any other way... Please check the official portal. Starting from the 2025 season, there will be a textile section of the campsite (75%) and a ghetto naturist section (25%). The prices have been adjusted to the clientele desired by Maistra. Reviews on other portals (TripAdvisor etc.) will also inform you excellently... Save money and nerves and transfer your "holiday money" to someone else instead. Enjoy your vacation!

Unfortunately, the information here is not correct. Uncovered was apparently not visited this year. Information still from 2024.

Dear Maistra managers, you really know how to do it! What you've made from the cradle of naturism ... Respect! Destroying something so unique in Istria and transforming it into an 80% textile campsite like there are so many... "for they know not what they do" greets James Dean. The magic is gone ... Long live the mobile home!!! Take care Koversada! Farewell.

Since Maistra took over, hardly anything has been done. Much has fallen into total disrepair. Now - for the most part switched to textiles - everything is being redone. However, this comes at the cost of the typical nature of Koversada. Much of what is advertised here for Uncovered is pure fantasy. For example, there are no childcare services, no bread delivery, no rentals. A new supermarket is under construction, so there are no shopping opportunities. Horrendous prices are being demanded, which are even higher than in the textile section. Conclusion: If one looks past these annoyances, one can still have a great FKK holiday. However, one can feel that as a naturist one is no longer wanted here and that the goal is to drive us away. Sad but true!

In small Koversada, many offers are still not available. For shopping and dining, it is best to go to Vrsar. Sanitary house 17 is very slippery in the shower area. High risk of falling due to the smooth floor. People with disabilities have no suitable access to the sea (missing ramp with railing). The price-quality ratio simply doesn't hold anymore. Compared to 2024 (for us), it is about 450,- € more expensive for less service. There is still a relaxed atmosphere among campers. Naturists are more tolerant.

Unfortunately nothing more that can be called good. No cash accepted, a whole day went on without card, so all bars and restaurants were closed. Two thirds became textile, FKK only at the very edge where there is no normal access to the water, children or older people have almost no chance to go into the water. FKK seems to be no longer desired! In the two thirds now textile, security patrol as morality guardians! We were on site in May 2025, so off-season! The facility was about 1/3 full, but the access to the water was already overcrowded due to lack of space! What it looks like in the high season can be easily imagined! Kovasada is history!

We have been coming to this site for years. This was definitely the last time. FKK campers are obviously no longer welcome here. Only crammed together in a very tight space, in the worst part of the site. Moreover, the ADAC Camper Card is no longer recognized. Prices totally overpriced. Arrogance at its finest.
