We enjoyed our one-week stay very much. The sanitary facilities were always clean and the staff were attentive. Our pitch number 24 was located under trees, which unfortunately resulted in a lot of dirt in our awning. During the Pentecost weekend, the campsite was very busy, causing sometimes long lines in the sanitary facilities. Five showers for full occupancy are, in our opinion, a bit too few. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. The nearby train station allows for easy trips to Cuxhaven and Hamburg. We plan to return to this campsite again.

The site is beautifully laid out and deserves all the stars and thumbs up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Childcare, the mini-golf facility, and the sanitary facilities are a dream. We were there for 10 days until Pentecost Tuesday, and there are many excursion possibilities. It's really a shame for the operators that you never know who is arriving. Unfortunately, there are still people who do not understand that you have to educate your children when you go on vacation with them. It's a disgrace what took place here, not to mention the disrespect shown to the operators and staff. Notably, a cleaner was exclusively occupied for 12 hours a day cleaning the dirt in the sanitary facilities of others. We were lucky that the biggest "issues" left again on Pentecost Sunday.

We really enjoyed the campsite, and we were very impressed by the friendly team. When we realized that the spot assigned to us was not large enough, they immediately helped us find a solution. The only complaint one could have, which is not actually the fault of the site, is that there is no reception. If you need to be reached urgently or if you need to make a call, it becomes somewhat problematic as you have to search for a specific spot to possibly get a signal.

We spent our first time at the campsite over Pentecost. We really enjoyed it; the pitch was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities were new, modern, and always very clean, but unfortunately, we had to wait a bit for the showers, and at times there was low water pressure, which made rinsing off the soap take a bit longer. There are great opportunities for children to express themselves, romp, and play. The adjacent play park with many options and the swimming pool are within walking distance. Unfortunately, we had bad luck as the outdoor pool was closed. Nonetheless, we still had a wonderful time and would come back.

The campsite is clean, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and there is a lot to explore for kids (even older ones). The park and the swimming pool are right next door, and shopping opportunities are not far away. Really great, we will definitely be back. 1A!!!

Overall, the stay was quite satisfactory. We were there during the Pentecost weekend. Perhaps for such weekends, the planning could be organized differently. Those coming in groups should be placed closer together instead of being spread out as it was. There were groups making party and guests wanting some relaxation. Maybe it would be better to separate these two types of atmosphere. Also, the cleaning staff should go through the sanitary facilities more often. There are always people who do not leave the area in good condition.

There was no internet access, either through mobile data or the campsite's Wi-Fi network. The sanitary facilities were cleaned only once a day, which is unacceptable for guests. The windows in the restroom area cannot be opened because the handles have been removed. The ventilation in the restrooms is laughable. The campsite itself is poorly maintained, and the water point near plot 160 is placed right in the way, making it barely possible to maneuver a caravan through. We were surrounded by three large groups of guests who seemed to think one had to turn up the music louder than the other. Quietness at 10:00 PM was out of the question. For me, there were only negative aspects. Relaxation was not feasible. I find it puzzling how this campsite received 4 stars. Regarding the maintenance of the site, including the damaged asphalt road, and more importantly, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, there is still much room for improvement.
