Early arrival was charged at 15€. There was not a single indication of this at the reception when checking in. We were there in February, and it was generally low occupancy. In the indoor pool, one guest set off the alarm in the sauna. The alarm was ignored for 35 minutes and no responsible person came even though the indoor pool is under camera surveillance. The siren was very loud, causing some guests to leave the pool. It's hard to imagine what could have happened in case of an emergency. On the second day, access to the indoor pool was denied due to a swimming course. There were no signs at the entrance. We paid for our stay, including the use of the indoor pool.

We arrived on 01-01-2026 with the motorhome and were assigned to a very steep parking space (area E). After heavy snowfall during the night, all roads in the campsite were uncleared and extremely slippery. There was no clearing or salting. Our friends slid their motorhome into the ditch and were very lucky that the vehicle did not tip over. The staff did nothing. When asked how we were supposed to safely leave, the answer was: "That's your problem, I'm not obligated to do anything." Although we had paid for two days, we had to leave the site prematurely and at great risk, as the exit was demanded by 12 o'clock without creating safe conditions. Opinion: Not suitable for winter operation with a motorhome. No winter service, lack of responsibility, unacceptable behavior from the staff. ⭐ Not recommended.

Super campsite. Great for families, couples, and dogs. Sanitary facilities always nice and clean. Sauna and swimming pool are also great for the cold season. There was also an infrared sauna. Super for people with joint problems. I really enjoyed it. Food in the restaurant was really, really delicious. Super staff. The highlight for us was the New Year's Eve party. Great Colombian food. Super atmosphere.. no drunken parties but great vibes and people. We would have liked to stay longer. We will come back.

Not recommended during the autumn holidays as there is little offered for children. Repair backlog in the swimming pool and in the changing room.

Our blankets were very thin, so we were cold at night. I asked for an additional blanket, but they angrily told me that we didn't have a blanket collection here. Ultimately, I insisted and got a blanket from them, even though I needed two. When my son saw this angry attitude, he became very angry and told me that it was okay, I didn't want a blanket, and that I should use the blanket myself.

The price is too high at nearly 35 euros per night for what is offered.

The tipi couldn't be closed properly, so the door often blew open at night. This was sleep-depriving and uncomfortable.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. A note about the rather uneven orientation of the pitches would be nice.
