This is a very good campsite. Definitely worth recommending. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We had a pitch by the shore, which was fantastic. The sanitary facilities were always clean. The campsite is very well-kept. The location is perfect. The town of Ochsenfurt is just 2 km away and definitely worth a visit. There is a bus stop right across from the entrance. From there, you can reach the old town of Würzburg in 30 minutes. We were very satisfied and would love to come back.

During my journey to the south, I made a stopover. I was assigned pitch 5, which turned out to be a mere overnight spot due to its size. This pitch was too narrow to extend the awning fully. However, as a place for one night, it was actually alright, since I arrived in the afternoon and left early the next morning. What was outrageous was the price of €45.50 for 2 adults and a dog.
