Right after opening in March, we were welcomed very warmly. We were the first tent guests and the showers/toilets were unlocked for us right nearby. Everything was very clean. We booked a fenced pitch for dog owners, the spot was a good size, the fence was about 1.30m high, the gate was a good size to safely park the caravan! The campsite is very beautiful, the sanitary facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, in general the pitches are very generous in space! The Elbe is only about 500m away, there are beautiful hiking trails directly from the campsite leading into the forest. The small town of Bleckede has everything you need, nice restaurants, especially the brewery is recommended. We will definitely come back next year! Thank you for the lovely stay with you.
