On a very quiet Thursday morning, we wanted to briefly show our sister-in-law/brother-in-law our caravan. We requested to let the two individuals stay on the site for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not permitted, or only allowed upon purchasing a day ticket for 10 euros each. The lady with a Dutch accent pointed out that otherwise, she would not have an overview of the happenings. In our opinion, this is a level of pettiness and narrow-mindedness that cannot be surpassed. We found this unacceptable. Instead, on Saturday morning during breakfast, we were subjected to a rather loud fire drill 20 meters from our pitch. Fire drills are necessary; don't get me wrong. But in this case, they were generous to our detriment. Otherwise, the site is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
