Unfortunately, the long wait time at check-in (>1h) was not pleasant. Especially not when you have entered all vehicle data in advance and received a phone call promising that you could drive through comfortably on your arrival day, only to find that the barrier does not open. We were supposed to just pick up the wristbands and the waste disposal card during our stay, as promised. And if you are the organizer for 3 camper sites, you wouldn’t want to be in my shoes. We are happy to pay the full price in advance if it means we can get to our spot simpler and faster. In conclusion, I must commend the rest and friendliness of the staff. They tried to manage the chaos.
