Very friendly, very beautifully scenic with a view over the hills sometimes over the sea. Very family-oriented.

A small, cozy place. Quiet, with very friendly and helpful operators. Communication in German is trouble-free. The sanitary facilities are in exemplary condition. Overall, the place is very well maintained. It is suitable for a short stay as well as for an entire vacation. We spent our vacation there and felt completely comfortable. We will definitely come back.

In close proximity to many attractions, owners speak fluent German and are available to provide advice and assistance with excursion options. Bus stop 500 m away, taxi booking through the owner is very affordable. Direct access to the Coast Path, very beautiful meadow land with partial sea views. Sanitary facilities and washing amenities are always clean and well-maintained.

The qualities of the site can only be insufficiently described with the aforementioned evaluation criteria. The site is a very lovingly designed park facility with impressive subtropical trees and plants and offers a sneak peek of what awaits visitors in the magnificent gardens of Cornwall. Friendliness, helpfulness, tourist information, and advice are so "outstanding" that the rating "very good" is inadequate. The owner gladly explains (in perfect German) the backgrounds of the land and its people. It is evident that the members of the family business invest a lot of passion in caring for their site and their guests. The site is geographically situated so conveniently between Penzance and Helston that most of the particularly beautiful spots in South Cornwall (often filming locations for Rosamunde Pilcher films, see the ZDF travel guide "Charming Cornwall") can be reached by car from the site in 15-30 minutes. Since the campsite is located above the cliffs, cliff walks can be started directly from the site. The price levels at ADAC campsites in southern England generally appear high to us. The high price here is justified by the special services provided. Summary: We were thrilled!
