The sanitary facilities at the campsite are very poor. It was very cold, with no heating and no light. The showers were completely outdated and dark, and sometimes quite dirty. We cannot recommend this campsite.

More info about Recreatiepark De Boshoek
In the Veluwe, probably the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands, De Boshoek campsite invites those looking for a relaxing family holiday. The holiday park spoils campers with a wide range of leisure activities in the midst of beautiful nature.
Children's hearts beat faster: campsite with a fun factor
De Boshoek campsite is one of the most popular holiday parks in the Netherlands. The centrally located park in Voorthuizen is particularly child-friendly. In addition to varied playgrounds, there is also an interactive football wall, a bowling alley, a tricky escape room and an indoor swimming pool. The latter is not only fun in bad weather. Outside, football billiards, a boules court and a mini golf course provide entertainment. During the holiday season, younger guests can enjoy a colourful entertainment programme with photo album-worthy nature experiences.
Exclusive pitches and great excursion options
Surrounded by lush mixed pine forests, there are well-equipped, spacious pitches with 8-amp electricity connections. High hedges ensure privacy. Pitches with their own sanitary facilities are even more private. This means that every comfort is catered for when camping. The Veluwe offers beautiful hiking and biking routes with excursion destinations such as the Hoge Veluwe National Park, the Apenheul Monkey Park and the Voorthuizen corn maze. Those interested in culture can visit the Kröller-Müller Museum or the Museum of Old Crafts. In summer, the Zeumeren recreational lake invites you to enjoy swimming and water sports.
At Recreatiepark De Boshoek, campers of all ages get their money's worth. In addition to a colourful children's programme, the spacious pitches with plenty of privacy ensure a varied family break in the midst of idyllic nature.
