Kalundborg Camping in the north-west of the Danish island of Zealand is a green oasis of well-being close to beautiful beaches and fishing opportunities and is open all year round. Surrounded by woodland on two sides, the campsite with rentable cabins and a meadow area for motorhomes and caravans is located around 5 km north of Kalundborg town centre on the fjord of the same name. A stroll through the medieval old town of Højbyen with its five-towered Church of Our Lady is well worthwhile, as is a trip to the Røsnæs lighthouse. The child-friendly campsite has a mini golf course and a playground with bouncy castles, table tennis and the largest sandpit in Kalundborg. The beach in Sejerø Bay, around 1.7 kilometres from Kalundborg Camping, is also great for building sandcastles.
