Space with plenty of shade under the pine trees. Some spots here are quite uneven. In the front area by the beach, there are spots that are less bumpy. How the 4 stars are justified is beyond my imagination. Friendly at reception, but the rest is shabby. Sanitary facilities below standard. Cleanliness borderline. Facility dusty and infested with pigeons.

Sea and beach were great, information very friendly. Dogs are not allowed near the water. Disco at the square until 11 PM, then it continues on the beach until 4 AM. Advertises as family-friendly, but not toddler-friendly. Idyllic camping holiday in natural surroundings
Nestled in a pine forest typical of the region and located directly on the beach, the International Camping Mare e Pineta offers numerous amenities. The leisure facilities are particularly popular with guests. Sports enthusiasts use their days off for an exciting match on the beach volleyball court and for a trip in a canoe. The narrow watercraft and windsurfing equipment are available to holidaymakers at the campsite free of charge. Archery, on the other hand, requires accuracy rather than seaworthiness. Even when the sun is on holiday, sporty travellers can get active in the indoor fitness centre. All bathing beauties will get their money's worth during their days off at the International Camping Mare e Pineta anyway, as the holiday resort has various pools. Next to the main pool is the water park, which is characterised by shallow pools, water games and slides.
As soon as hunger strikes, holidaymakers at the campsite need only follow the smell of pizza. The pizzeria, restaurant, café and well-stocked supermarket have almost everything a camper's heart could desire. This is just 30 kilometres south of International Camping Mare e Pineta. The historic buildings in particular, such as the church of San Vitale and the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, are among the city's landmarks and were placed under special protection by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in the 1990s. An excursion to the Parco Regional Veneto del Delta del Po offers a contrasting programme to the city. The regional park is located 40 kilometres north of the holiday village. The protected delta landscape is ideal for exploring by bike and canoe and is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. This ranges from pine forests to wetlands.
