I have been going to this place for over 10 years, mostly for a month, either in a motorhome or a caravan, the view of the High Tatras is indescribably beautiful, there is no designated area and no one with a measuring tape, the toilets and washrooms are cleaned once daily in the morning, very simple furnishings with the flair of a children's home, but everything works....many guests come only for a day, many cyclists, but also buses with teenagers who stay for about 10 days, the reception is very friendly, German is only spoken when a German teacher is on duty, in the evening there is a menu at the hotel, very well cooked, soup (real) as much as you want, main course to choose from five options, no dessert/sweets, the menu price was 5.50.....it just takes a little while, but you can also cook in a shared kitchen, freezers are also available, the owner himself mows the lawn to keep this vast area in check, a very friendly man, it is open day and night, so if someone arrives after 10:00 PM, they can also enter and sort everything out the next day, the bus station is right in front of the camp, ideal for shopping and only 1 Euro, there are no other activities or anything else, provisions: you can order rolls the day before - otherwise no groceries, considering that nothing is really offered, the price for one person, car, caravan, electricity, and tourist tax at about 18.- is somewhat high, discounts for regular guests of 10% have been eliminated, there is also no pre-season/high season/post-season.
