IKUNA Camping Resort & Naturerlebnispark

IKUNA is a luxury resort with an enormous amount to do for children and teenagers. In themed worlds featuring dinosaurs, pirates, and animals, kids can climb, ride go-karts, slide, and play with marble runs and water play areas. All outdoor activities are free. The indoor playground is chargeable, but free during bad weather. There is an outdoor pool with slides, a natural swimming pond, and from October, an indoor pool. The renovated sanitary facilities are genuinely at VT Wonen level: luxurious and spotlessly clean. Campers can use the sauna, camping lounge and an oven for free. Wifi is free and very good. Tent pitches are on grass with nearby facilities but are often small. There are a few larger pitches available. Camper and caravan sites are less inviting, located on parking areas. Additionally, there are luxury rooms, tipis, and cottages. While it doesn't provide a true camping feel, it is perfect for luxury and fun, also for a few days on the way to Croatia.

Camper and caravan pitches are less cozy, located on parking lots. There are also luxury rooms, tipis, and cottages. While it doesn’t offer the genuine camping feel, it is perfect for luxury and fun, even for a few days on the way to, for example, Croatia.

The "campsite" is more of a parking space. The grass in the pictures was not visible in August '24. The parking space was probably once intended as a runway, given how compacted it is. If in 20 years the trees on the site are tall enough, it could even become green. We were operating under different conditions. The sanitary facilities are shipping containers, unfortunately not very clean, soap for example was missing throughout the entire time. The park is really recommended for children, if you own a fully equipped camper, you can also manage well on the parking spot. However, it is really only conditionally suitable for tents.
