Hygge Strand Camping - games and sports by the Baltic Sea
The child-friendly holiday village is located directly on the Blue Flag-winning Hølken beach near the popular holiday community of Hou on Denmark's east coast. Even the little ones can safely dig in the soft sand and splash around in the cool water on the shallow shore. Kayaking, windsurfing and kitesurfing also promise water fun. There are also two outdoor playgrounds where children can let off steam on the slides, climbing frames and bouncy cushions. Boat owners can hire a mooring during their camping holiday and go fishing in the fish-rich waters, which are home to trout and mackerel, for example. Five small islands near the coast offer beautiful destinations for excursions by boat or ferry. Whether Samsø with its beautiful sandy beaches or Endelave with its wild rabbits - there is a favourite island for every member of the family. Spacious pitches of between 100 and 120 square metres are spread across the grounds of Camping Hygge Strand, which are surrounded by dense rows of trees.
