Quiet campsite directly by the fjord

We had a dreamy, very spacious spot with a view of the fjord. Three weeks and we have not regretted it! The facility is very well maintained and despite it being high season, it was pleasantly quiet. There were a lot of dogs at the site, but all were considerate. It would be nice to have more trash bins and possibly poop bags, but that is whining at a high level. The family running the place is very friendly and eager to provide their guests with a pleasant stay. The sanitary facilities are quite basic, but always clean, and there are never many people around. The only negative aspect might be the Wi-Fi: it was quite expensive but not very stable, so one occasionally had to log in again. I wouldn’t book it again. Overall, a great place for those seeking peace who don’t need much fuss.

Our 1st tour with a rented motorhome over several campsites, Nordstrand, and then across West Denmark. Briefly about it, mid-April 2023, the sites were still mostly empty. The site is really beautifully located, right by the Sund. Everything needed is available, sanitary facilities and the site itself, well-maintained and clean. We had a spot in the front row, overlooking the Sund, it was great to see the sunset in the evening. Unfortunately, just one night stay and it was low tide, anyway the access to the water was very rocky and full of greenery. I think if there is more water during high tide, it might be easier. In any case, the site operators and surroundings are very good.

Very nicely located site with a nice little village nearby. Shopping possibilities, gas, bank. Everything is there. Fishing possibilities. Site very inexpensive. Sanitary facilities are simple but okay. In the restroom building, I missed soap for hand washing.
