As a year-round site, the following should be expected: that showers are available throughout the year (these were filled with summer equipment - like loungers). that at least the toilets are cleaned. that the tourist pitches with a direct view of the parking lot have more than one power supply backed up with 3 amps. In summer, the site may be quite nice, but in the off-season, it is more of a parking space for permanent campers. The site has the flair of a slightly run-down allotment garden. Not recommended at least in autumn.
