The centre of the town on the north-eastern tip of the Danish island of Zealand is only 1 km away. This makes the site a good starting point for a combination of city break and beach holiday on the Danish Baltic Sea. The railway connection directly behind the campsite is practical for excursions in the region. There is also a direct ferry connection from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden on the opposite side of the Öresund.

Convenient starting point for visiting the 1 km distant Kronborg Castle (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which is also visible from the site.

The campsite is run by friendly staff. A cozy place that meets all campers' wishes. Waste and disposal, gray water, chemical toilet; everything can be disposed of. We found the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities exemplary. Buns and kiosk items can be purchased at the reception. Coffee, ice cream
