Nothing for campers
Who loves getting assigned the worst spots with a tent is exactly right here. Tight, dirty, expensive.

Overnight stop. Very busy. ACSI accepted. Only a few pitches have views out over the bay. Very steep hill to climb after visiting the town.

The comfortable Gran Camping Zarautz impresses with its unique location on a hill overlooking the surrounding picturesque coastal landscape. With its proximity to many cultural attractions and a wide range of facilities, this child-friendly campsite offers an unforgettable relaxing and active holiday for young and old alike.
There are 490 pitches available for holidaymakers, 250 of which are parcelled out. The tree-shaded pitches are between 50 m² and 75 m² in size and some offer spectacular views of the nearby bay. The approximately 5-hectare site is dog-friendly and has facilities such as electricity and water connections, a washroom and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Younger guests can romp around in the playground. One of the highlights of the campsite, which is open all year round, is the quick access to the fine sandy beach of Zarautz. As well as taking a refreshing dip in the sea and sunbathing, you can even learn to surf here. But there is also something for hiking and culture lovers with the Pagoeta nature reserve 7 km away or the town of Don San Sebastian just 20 km away. This northern Spanish coastal metropolis is also known as little Paris and boasts a number of historic buildings such as the 19th century cathedral and several museums, such as the San Telmo Museum. The old town also has one of the highest densities of bars and restaurants in the whole of Spain. A small supermarket and a bistro with snacks and drinks cater for your physical well-being at the campsite. WLAN is also available in the reception area.
