A small, slightly thin spot at the threshold to wild camping. Located directly in a lonely bay with a dramatic view of the offshore island and mainland. Surrounded by typical hills and valleys for hiking. Basic facilities with toilet, sink, and showers. There is also a small café run by a young crew; even serving breakfast. In every way far from star-rated places, but that’s exactly why it’s very cool. Caution: The access road can be quite rough depending on the weather.

Glennbrittle - worth a visit...

Glennbrittle is a beautifully located sweet campsite. However, it is more than just a bit of an adjustment that there isn't even a socket to blow-dry your hair.

Nice staff. Shop is okay. One is willing to pay an inflated price due to the fantastic location of the place.
