Yes, absolutely! All 3 rentals on the campsite are equipped with their own bathroom. This means you have your private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower right inside your accommodation – true glamping style in the heart of Tuscany.

The campsite is situated on a hill at about 300 metres above sea level and covers a total area of 2 hectares. Here, you can enjoy fantastic views of the Tuscan hills and olive groves. Due to the hillside location, the terrain is wonderfully natural and quiet. Please note the midday quiet hours from 12:00 to 15:00 to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Yes, the campsite is open year-round, so you can also relax here wonderfully during the winter or low season. Since these are purely rental accommodations, you do not need your own camping equipment. The best way to arrive is by car via the scenic roads of Tuscany to Massa Marittima.

There is a small grocery store directly on the campsite for your daily needs. If you do not feel like cooking, you will find a cosy inn or restaurant as well as a snack bar about 4 km away. A larger supermarket is located around 6 km away in nearby Massa Marittima.

The location is brilliant for explorers! You can rent bicycles or e-bikes directly at the campsite to explore the Maremma. For a refreshing dip, there is a beautiful lake just 7 km away, and if you fancy the sea, you can reach the coast in about 18 km. Riding lessons (15 km) and guided rides (9 km) are also offered nearby.

Yes, dogs are very welcome here! Since it is a small, family-run site, any restrictions are only on request. It is best to let them know when booking if your four-legged friend is joining you, so everything can be perfectly prepared.
